Terms of Use — MyInvois Helper and pintuniaga.my

These terms apply to the MyInvois Helper tool and the pintuniaga.my website, both run by PintuNiaga. By using either of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. What the tool does

MyInvois Helper helps you draft and check e-invoice details, such as whether you need to issue e-invoices, SST totals and LHDN classification codes. It produces drafts only. It never submits anything to LHDN or the MyInvois portal. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and submitting it yourself.

2. Not professional advice

The tool and this website give general information only. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Always confirm with LHDN or a licensed tax agent before relying on any result.

3. Information can go out of date

LHDN can change e-invoice rules, deadlines, thresholds and codes at any time. We try to keep the tool up to date, but some information may be out of date or incomplete when you use it.

4. Free and “as is”

The tool and website are provided free of charge and “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, including that they will be accurate, complete, available or error-free. To the extent Malaysian law allows, PintuNiaga is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool or website, including penalties, lost profits or data loss.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

abuse, overload or try to disrupt the tool or website;
scrape or bulk-download content, or use automated tools to make excessive requests;
try to hack, attack or bypass the security of the tool or website;
use the tool or website for anything illegal.

We may rate-limit or block any user or traffic that we believe breaks these rules.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, pause or stop the tool or website at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the “Effective date”. Continuing to use the tool or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
